If you have placed an order and received a confirmation email, unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address.

However, if your order is still awaiting approval, there may be a possibility to update the address by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.

To make future orders more convenient, we recommend creating an account with Chemist4U. This allows you to save multiple addresses for quick and easy checkout, ensuring your items are delivered to the most suitable location. You can also specify a safe place for delivery, so you don’t need to be home to receive your order.

For customers receiving NHS prescriptions from Chemist4U, you can update your billing and shipping address by navigating to the ‘Address Info’ section in our mobile app. Please ensure any address changes are made before placing your next prescription order to ensure it is sent to the correct location.
