If you have placed your order and received an order confirmation email, then it will not be possible to change the address on your order.
However, if you placed an order and your order is awaiting approval then it may still be possible by contacting us.
If you create an account with Chemist4U, you're able to save a list of saved addresses so you can quickly and easily place your order and get your items delivered to the most suitable address. You're also able to specify a safe place for your order so that you don't need to be in to collect your items.
If you receive your NHS prescriptions from Chemist4U, you can change your billing and shipping address by heading to ‘Address Info’ in our mobile app. Make sure to do this before ordering your next prescription if you’d like it to be sent to the new address.
