Once you’ve registered with us, simply give us a quick call so we can set you up with our payment provider GoCardless. When this is done, we’ll be able to automatically charge your prescription fee via direct debit whenever you use our service - stress-free!

Alternatively, you may wish to consider buying an NHS prepayment certificate, which lets you pay for your prescriptions in advance for 3 - 12 months. If you order more than 3 prescription items a month, a prepayment certificate could save you a lot of money, which is why it’s a popular option for many of our customers.

Check to see if you are exempt from paying for your prescription.

If you do choose to buy an NHS prepayment certificate, get in touch and let our team know so they can note it down on our system in time for your next prescription.
