If you have set a safe place for deliveries within your Chemist4U account, please check this location. Couriers may leave parcels in secure areas such as:
- A porch
- Behind bins
- A shed or garage
- Another specified location on your property
Step 3: Review Your Tracking Information
Check your tracking details to see the latest status of your order. If it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, it may still be with the courier for final processing.
Step 4: Allow Additional Time for Delivery
During busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. Please allow extra time, especially if your order was recently dispatched.
