Before we work to resolve this for you, check to see if the item you ordered stated ‘brand may vary’. You can find this at the top of the product page. 

For certain medicines, the brand we send out can change from time to time, but the active ingredient(s) will be identical and always of the same quality.

It may also be the case that the manufacturer has updated their packaging or branding, so the item you receive may look different to what you expected.
