My order is on hold. Why it is on hold? What should I do?

Our prescriber may have placed your order on hold if they require further information before approving your order.

Please allow 24 hours before contacting us about an order that has been placed on hold. You should receive an email with more information. If you can’t find this email, try checking your spam/junk folder. 

If you haven’t responded to our request for further information within 10 days, we’ll automatically refund your order. Click here to learn more about our refunds policy.
