Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
There are specific items that are exempt from our refund policy. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and these conditions do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged for health, hygiene, safety, or copyright reasons:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, confectionery, baby milk)
- Medicinal products or services that are dispensed or purchased
- Personalized items or cosmetics
- Unsealed products or items worn next to the skin or hair
- Medicinal products or services dispensed on prescription or available for free under NHS arrangements
If you wish to return a product, please ensure it is in its original condition and include the original delivery note with the return section completed, indicating which item(s) are being returned and the reason for the return.
Manufacturer-Handled Returns:
- Oral-B and Braun: Returns are handled directly with the manufacturer. Submit your return request at Oral-B and Braun Return Portal.
- Freestyle Libre: Returns for Abbott Freestyle Libre are handled by the manufacturer. Contact Abbott at 0800 1701177 or by email at ADCHelpUK@abbott.com.
- Saxenda: Returns for Saxenda products are handled directly by the manufacturer. Submit your return request at Novo Nordisk Contact.
- Wegovy: Returns for Wegovy products are handled directly by the manufacturer. Submit your return request at Novo Nordisk Contact.
- Mounjaro: Returns for Mounjaro products are handled directly by the manufacturer. Submit your return request at Lily Contact
- Adult Toys (e.g., Lovehoney): We do not accept returns for any adult toys.
